Private Swim Lessons

We believe that swimming is more than just water safety; it's a part of a lifelong program for health, safety, and enjoyment. Our swim lesson program aims to provide outstanding instruction for all swimming abilities, teach safety in and around water, and develop lifelong aquatic skills while creating a fun yet challenging experience.

Foothills offers private 1-on-1 lessons for Members and Non-Members. Members will be given priority when lessons become available and can book lessons directly on our website. Non-Members interested in taking lessons must fill out our online Non-Member Involvement Form

Year-Round Swim Team: PASA

Foothills/DZ Swim is one of 6 Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics (PASA) sites. PASA is a nationally recognized swim team that offers both an entry level pre-competitive program as well as a competitive program that compete locally, nationally, and internationally. PASA reguarly produces highly competitive D1 college swimmers as well as US National Team and Olympic level swimmers.

The year-round PASA swim team is open to both Foothills members and non-members. Foothills members primarily swim at our home pool while non-members may swim at our secondary pool at the nearby Fletcher Middle School.
